1 Acceptance of Terms

GetBai is the brand name and service product of R D Recruitment Pvt Ltd. GetBai.com is operated by R D Recruitment Pvt Ltd for providing home-help and related services under the GetBai brand. By visiting, accessing or using GetBai.com, submitting a service request, registering as a customer or registering as a jobseeker, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the GetBai Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use GetBai.com or any service provided through the website. GetBai may revise these terms at its discretion. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

The words you and user refer to every visitor, customer, employer, jobseeker, maid, babysitter, cook, elderly care taker, patient care provider, vendor or any other person using GetBai.com for any reason.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use GetBai.com, request services or register any profile. By using the website, you confirm that you have the legal right, authority and capacity to enter into these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If any information submitted by you is false, incomplete, misleading or not your own, GetBai may refuse service, suspend access, remove content, delete the account or take any action permitted by law.

3 Use of GetBai Website and Content

GetBai authorizes you to view and use GetBai.com only for personal and lawful service-related purposes. All website designs, text, graphics, images, videos, information, logos, software, code, buttons, profile layouts, service descriptions and other GetBai content are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You may not sell, modify, copy, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, republish, upload, store, scrape, frame, mirror, adapt or commercially use any GetBai content without written permission from GetBai.

• You may not copy or adapt any code used by GetBai to generate or display website pages.
• You may not use GetBai content in any other website, database, compilation, social media page, printed material or networked computer environment.
• You may not use GetBai marks, content or information in a way that may confuse users or harm GetBai intellectual property rights.

4 Registration and Information

When you register or submit a service request on GetBai.com, you may be asked to provide details such as name, mobile number, email address, location, service need, profile details, experience, documents or other information relevant to the service.

You confirm that every detail you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. GetBai may use the information to contact you, process your request, share relevant service options, share job or service opportunities, conduct verification, send reminders, collect feedback, perform customer analysis and comply with legal requirements.

GetBai may disclose necessary information to customers, employers, jobseekers, maids, vendors, verification partners, service partners or legal authorities where required for service delivery, verification, safety, legal compliance or dispute handling.

5 GetBai Services and Contract Period

GetBai provides a platform and coordination support for customers seeking maids, babysitters, cooks, elderly care takers, patient care providers, drivers, pet care providers and other home-help services. Your use of GetBai service may also be governed by a separate service contract, invoice, payment receipt, booking confirmation or written communication. If there is a conflict, the specific service contract will apply to that service.

GetBai may support screening, document checks, profile sharing, replacement coordination or verification through internal teams or third-party partners. GetBai does not guarantee that every individual will meet every customer expectation, and GetBai is not the employer of the maid, babysitter, cook, elderly care taker, patient care provider, driver, pet care provider or any other individual unless specifically agreed in writing.

6 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use GetBai.com, GetBai services, profile data or communication channels for any unlawful, misleading, harmful or unauthorized purpose.

• You must not upload, publish, transmit, update, distribute or store content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, harmful to minors, misleading, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable.
• You must not infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity or other rights of GetBai or any other person.
• You must not submit viruses, harmful code, spam, unsolicited promotional communication, false information, hidden keywords, misleading job details or irrelevant links.
• You must not probe, scan, test, breach or attempt to breach the security of GetBai.com or interfere with service to any user, host or network.
• You must not use data mining, scraping, robots, spiders, avatars, automated tools or similar extraction methods on GetBai.com.
• You must not decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, frame, aggregate, duplicate or commercially exploit any part of GetBai.com.

7 Maid Profiles and Sensitive Information

Maid profiles, jobseeker profiles, photographs, phone numbers, addresses, identity details, skill details, salary expectations, experience information, verification documents and any other personal information shared by GetBai are sensitive and confidential.

This information is shared only with customers who are ready to take GetBai service and only for evaluating a lawful home-help requirement. Any misuse of a maid profile or maid information, including copying, forwarding, selling, publishing, storing for unrelated use, sharing with third parties, contacting for unauthorized purposes or using the information after cancellation or expiry of service, will be treated as illegal and may lead to legal action.

8 User Content and Submissions

You are solely responsible for account information, profile details, messages, documents, images, feedback, reviews, job information, requirements or other content that you submit, publish, display or transmit through GetBai.com.

By submitting content to GetBai, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant GetBai a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use, store, reproduce, display, process, distribute and adapt that content as required to provide services, operate the website, conduct verification, improve service and comply with legal obligations.

GetBai may review, remove, archive, restrict or delete any user content if it violates these terms, appears illegal, creates liability, threatens user safety, harms GetBai systems or affects service quality.

9 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, passwords, account access information and device access. You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

You must immediately notify GetBai of any unauthorized access, misuse, loss of password or suspected breach. Sharing account credentials or using another person's account may result in suspension, termination or legal action.

10 Data Privacy and Communication Alerts

By submitting your mobile number, email address or contact details, you consent to GetBai contacting you through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email or other communication channels for service updates, job alerts, profile matching, reminders, renewals, payments, feedback, offers, grievance handling and service coordination.

Your personal information will be handled according to the GetBai Privacy Policy. GetBai may retain information where required for records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, audit, account recovery or legitimate business purposes.

11 Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

GetBai respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, public performance, scraping or reuse of copyrighted works may constitute infringement.

No image, profile data, text, service information, website data or any other GetBai content may be copied from GetBai.com. If any such copied or similar content is found elsewhere, GetBai may take legal action under applicable copyright law and any other law available in India.

12 Liability, Safety and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetBai will not be liable for direct, indirect, special, punitive, consequential or incidental damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, reputation or use, arising from use or inability to use GetBai.com, GetBai services, profile information or third-party services.

GetBai is not responsible for theft, damage, criminal activity, misconduct, negligence, civil dispute or any other act by any maid, babysitter, cook, elderly care taker, patient care provider, driver, pet care provider, jobseeker, customer, employer, vendor or third party. The customer is solely responsible for final selection, engagement, home access, supervision, salary/payment arrangement, safety precautions and police verification.

Any dispute between a customer and any helper, jobseeker, vendor or other user must be resolved directly between those parties. You release GetBai, its officers, employees, vendors and agents from claims, demands and damages arising from such disputes to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13 Third-Party Links and Services

GetBai.com may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not mean GetBai endorses or controls those websites. If you access a third-party website or service, you do so at your own risk.

GetBai does not provide any representation, warranty or guarantee regarding third-party products, services, verification providers, payment services or external websites. Any such undertaking is governed by the third party's own terms.

14 Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GetBai, R D Recruitment Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, vendors and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your content, misuse of profile information, breach of these terms, violation of law, service dispute, unauthorized copying or use of GetBai.com.

15 Term and Termination

These terms remain in force while you access GetBai.com, use GetBai services or maintain any registration with GetBai. GetBai may suspend or terminate access, remove content, delete account information, refuse service or pursue legal remedies if you breach these terms or if GetBai cannot verify information submitted by you.

Sections relating to website content, profile privacy, copyright, liability, indemnity, grievance, governing law and any other provision intended to survive will continue even after your use of GetBai ends.

16 General Terms

• Assignment: You may not assign or sub-license your rights, duties or obligations under these terms without prior written consent from GetBai.
• Relationship: GetBai and you are independent parties. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency, employment or joint venture relationship unless specifically agreed in writing.
• Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid by a competent court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• Entire agreement: These terms, together with the GetBai Privacy Policy and any written service contract, form the agreement between you and GetBai for use of GetBai.com and GetBai services.
